We are a non-commission shop, meaning all of our employees are paid a fair wage for their time and have no incentive to sell you services you don’t need just to increase sales. When we recommend a repair or service, it’s because it’s needed or highly recommended, not because someone is trying to meet a sales quota.

We invest in the latest technology, including keeping up to date with our computer scan tools, software updates, reputable industry repair information websites, Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) tools, service equipment, modern point-of-sale software, text-to-pay and financing options, and many other investments that keep us just as competitive with large dealerships and chain stores.

In addition, we value honesty and transparency in all of our dealings. We believe that open and clear communication is the key to building solid customer relationships. We will always be upfront about costs and timelines and ensure you are made aware of and approve any additional work prior to it being done.

Most shops that offer a warranty only offer a 12/12 or 24/24 warranty, but we offer a 36-month, 36k-mile nationwide warranty through both Technet and NAPA Auto Care on our products and services (with some exceptions), so you can have peace of mind knowing that you are protected no matter where you are in the country. This also means if you have work done at another Technet or NAPA Auto Care shop, we can perform warranty work for them as well.
